About Over-Time
Over-Time is a Progressive Web Application designed to help students record and manage their On-the-Job Training attendance, daily accomplishments, rendered hours, progress, and supporting evidence.
The application was originally developed as a personal student project and may continue to receive improvements, new features, and changes.
User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account using their name, email address, and password.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
Information provided during registration should be accurate and current.
Intended Use
Over-Time is intended to assist students in organizing and monitoring their OJT records.
Over-Time is not an official replacement for attendance systems, Daily Time Records, or documents required by your school, university, employer, or internship provider.
Users are responsible for verifying their records before submitting them for official academic or internship purposes.
User Content
Users may submit attendance records, accomplishments, descriptions, time records, and uploaded evidence or images.
You are responsible for content that you upload and should only upload information that you are authorized to store and use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Over-Time to:
- Intentionally provide false OJT or attendance records.
- Access or attempt to access another user's account or information.
- Damage, exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the application.
- Upload malicious, harmful, or unlawful content.
- Use the application for illegal activity.
Service Availability
Over-Time may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting interruptions, internet connectivity, updates, or third-party service interruptions.
Continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Data and Backups
Users should maintain copies of important internship records and documents.
Over-Time should not be considered the only permanent storage location for important academic or OJT information.
Changes to the Application
Features may be added, modified, removed, or temporarily unavailable as Over-Time continues to be developed.
Limitation of Responsibility
Over-Time is provided as a productivity and record-tracking tool.
The developer is not responsible for academic, employment, internship, or administrative decisions resulting from incorrect, incomplete, lost, or improperly recorded information.
